I must admit that there was a feeling of reluctance to call another Merchant Association prior to getting in touch with CardConnect and specifically with Mr. Muyengwa. His thorough explanation and detailed guidance throughout the entire process were enlightening and importantly timely. In a matter of what seemed to be just a few minutes, Mr. Muyengwa had my business aligned with CardConnect and set up. Over the weekend I was responsible for providing a few necessary documents and before you knew it, I processed a transaction Monday morning and as expected all went well.
