I changed from TSYS after three years to this company and it was for one main reason. Customer Service. I did the research to find the best processing companies and came with four all together. I then contacted each one. The only one out of the four to return my calls was Card Connect and one other whose name escapes. Out of those two only Card Connect was easy to get in touch with again and have been extremely easy to contact even after I signed up. It’s been three months and I’m still in the process of getting my account shut down with TSYS. Simply due to lack of customer service. It also helps that my monthly statements are about $75 cheaper than they were for the same numbers being produced. If your looking for new processor, I highly recommend Card Connect.
